Terms of service

These terms are between you, the Shopify store that installs AK: Dynamic Pricing, and me, the developer who makes and runs it. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

It reads the public prices of the competitor stores you add, matches their products to yours, and changes your Shopify prices by the rules you set or the changes you approve, inside the floor, ceiling and limits you set.

Your part

You choose the competitors, confirm the matches the app isn't sure of, set your costs, rules and limits, and decide which changes apply on their own. Your prices, and the laws on pricing where you sell (consumer, competition and price display rules), are yours to decide and follow. You add only competitors whose public pages you may read.

Plans and billing

Plans are shown, billed and changed through Shopify, and charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices can change. There are no refunds.

No guarantee

The app is provided as it is. Competitor sites can change, block reads or show prices that are wrong. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses (including lost sales or profit from a price the app set or didn't set), and my liability for anything else is limited to what you paid for the app in the three months before the problem.

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
